PMT is pursuing an EMA-first clinical strategy designed to efficiently bridge into the U.S. regulatory pathway. Data generated from our EMA-aligned program—including safety, dosing, biomarkers, and responder analyses—will be structured to support FDA engagement and bridging discussions. By designing studies that meet both EMA and FDA expectations from the outset, PMT aims to leverage European clinical execution to accelerate U.S. development, reduce duplication, and advance a coherent global regulatory strategy for Parkinson’s disease.
