Luca Dobetti is a senior life sciences executive with over 30 years of experience in pharmaceutical development, GMP manufacturing, regulatory strategy, and quality systems. He has supported the advancement of drugs and advanced therapies from early R&D through clinical readiness, serving in Qualified Person (QP) and site leadership roles across multiple EU-certified GMP facilities.

Luca brings deep expertise in public grant strategy and execution, having guided companies through successful regional, national, and EU funding programs, including Horizon Europe and EIC initiatives. He also serves as an external expert evaluator for the European Commission, providing a strong strategic lens on innovation, regulatory alignment, and non-dilutive financing.
